How far in advance should I book?
For standard transfers, 4 hours notice is sufficient. During WEF, Art Basel or holiday peaks, book at least 2–3 weeks in advance.
Do you serve all Swiss airports?
Yes — ZRH (Zurich), GVA (Geneva), BSL (Basel/EuroAirport), BRN (Bern), and private airports (Samedan, Lugano).
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. 50% charge for 12–24h cancellations. Full charge under 12 hours.
Can I pay in EUR or USD?
Invoices are issued in CHF. Cash payments can be made in EUR or USD at the current exchange rate. Credit cards accepted in all currencies.
